Field, support & professional roles
Anyone can learn how Dootsa works — no prior qualifications required. Complete the e-learning modules (including optional video content covering our public website, privacy policy, and terms), then pass a randomized assessment with 85% or higher to qualify for field, support, and professional roles at Dootsa.
- Step 1: Learn — read all required modules
- Step 2: Assess — 25 random questions (including trick questions) from a bank of 100+
- Step 3: Apply — upload your CV after you pass
- If you fail, retry after 30 days — complete full member onboarding first to shorten the wait to 15 days
- Passing applicants receive email confirmation and a downloadable PDF certificate

National field ambassador programme
Work independently anywhere in South Africa — performance pay from R15 per verified signup, bonuses up to R50/week, typical earners R400–R600+. No qualifications required.
