Dootsa Careers Academy

Anyone can learn how Dootsa works — no prior qualifications required. Complete the e-learning modules (~30–45 min, including optional video on our public website, privacy policy, and terms), then pass a randomized assessment with 85% or higher to qualify for field, support, and professional roles.

• Step 1: Learn — sign in and complete required modules (~30–45 min)
• Step 2: Assess — optional 5-question practice, then formal 25 questions (~12–15 min, untimed)
• Step 3: Apply — upload your CV after you pass (recruitment consent required)
• If you fail, retry after 14 days — complete full member onboarding first to shorten the wait to 7 days
• Passing applicants receive email confirmation and a downloadable PDF certificate
• Signed-in learners can always open attempt history, pass/fail, and certificates from Academy results
