About the role
Independent contractor role: recruit Dootsa panel members nationwide on your own schedule. Pay is performance-only — no shifts, no fixed hours, results only. How it works: create a free account → Careers Academy field modules → pass the 85% assessment → we save your province preference → earn while you wait with surveys and referrals → HR contacts you when operations activate in your area. What you will do
- Share your personal invite link and QR code with people who want to join the panel. - Help recruits register and complete profiles (POPIA-aligned — no pressure tactics). - Work at your own pace — no shift roster. - Earn R15 per verified signup, R5 first-survey bonus (within policy window), and R50 weekly active bonus when criteria are met. - Follow Dootsa field standards and Careers Academy guidance.
What you need
- 18+ with a smartphone; able to read and follow instructions in English. - Pass Careers Academy field assessment (85%+). Untimed quiz; retries allowed after the wait period. - Complete member onboarding to shorten re-attempt waits if you need a retry. - No matric or diploma required. - Honest recruiting only — quality signups beat spam.
