Purpose: This survey captures the lived reality of Gauteng residents facing the province's escalating water crisis—a crisis the SA Human Rights Commission has called a "daily violation of basic human rights". With water losses reaching 49.2% due to leaks and illegal connections, and recurring outages forcing families to walk 45 minutes with wheelbarrows to fetch water from cemeteries, we want to know: where are you from? What's your daily reality? Who do you hold accountable? And what would you say to those responsible? Target Audience: Gauteng residents (18+)
